What’s it actually made up of?

Dynamics 365 uses a new common data model so that you don’t have to change between different apps. Data and processes are presented where it is needed, in the interface and on the device of choice, in an intuitive and convenient way.

  • CRM and ERP cloud solutions are unified into one cloud service with new purpose-built apps to help manage specific business functions, including: Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Field Service, Operations, Marketing and Project Service Automation.

  • Power BI and Cortana Intelligence the business intelligence tools used for reporting and dashboarding across lots of data sources,.are natively embedded to help companies achieve their business goals with predictive insights, prescriptive advice and actionable next steps. Azure IoT brings device data to enable preemptive action to business functions like field service.

  • Deep integration between Dynamics 365 and Office 365 brings together the two worlds of business process and personal productivity. With Dynamics 365, the structured workflow of business apps is connected with the unstructured work of collaboration and productivity for empowered employees and a much more productive experience.

  • Third party extensions or solutions necessary in some industry sectors can be purchased from the new Appsource apps store. Microsoft AppSource helps you discover and try apps, add-ins and content packages from Microsoft-certified partners, including those built on top of Microsoft Dynamics, Office, Cortana Intelligence and Azure

What makes E Foqus the perfect provider?

The bundling of your ERP, CRM and Office is a good idea for your business, but it's also important to choose a cloud solution provider that is able to deliver these elements as a single solution.

It is important to choose a supplier with the following characteristics:

  • A company with the ability to provide support within all areas: ERP, CRM and Office. If the supplier only specializes in one of these areas, it becomes difficult to meet the customer's needs.
  • A company who have developed their own solution, either for specific industries or specialized business functions. AppSource opens a whole new market for this type of supplier.
  • A company who is able to provide consulting and advice. With the large amount of apps available, the need for ad-hoc development and adjustments will decrease. The supplier will now need to provide more advice and consulting regarding system customization.

At E Foqus we are thrilled with this development in the market, as there is no doubt we can help assist you in all these areas. Microsoft Dynamics 365 will have an impact on Microsoft's partner channel over the coming years, but as a Cloud Solution Provider, we welcome the changes and new possibilities.

The new role based approach will give you the flexibility to support modern, more agile, more diverse employee roles – enabling you to access functionality across all applications within Dynamics 365.

Lastly, there is a team member option for users who only need light access to the parts in Dynamics 365 and will have partial, restricted access.
